Hey there, I’m Ritcha Garrett and I am so glad you are here!
For far too long, you’ve been stuck in a world where no matter how much you attempt to eat better, it just doesn’t happen. You dream of feeling energized and rejuvenated after meals, instead, you feel:
- Drained and heavy, it’s almost as if your meals have zapped all the energy out of you rather than waking you up.
- Unable to get the satisfaction and fullness you expect from meals! You’re always hungry afterward.
- Guilty because you can’t ever seem to stick with the “diets” that you’ve tried in the past.
- Discouraged because you’ve failed at trying to fix your nutrition over and over again.
You’re not the only one who’s been here, I’ve met hundreds of people just like you who want to start eating clean, but it just feels impossible and out of reach.
I know this because I’ve been EXACTLY where you are right now

Let me tell you a story…
Even when I was younger, I knew my eating habits needed work. I was so used to living life on the fast-track, eating quick snacks between heading to school and in between extracurricular activities. I noticed the effects during classes, I couldn’t stay awake or concentrate on the subject at hand.
Had I known then what I know now, I wouldn’t have been so hard on myself. I didn’t know that all the fast food, carbonated drinks and sugar in my diet was a contributor to not feeling my best, I was just eating like everyone else around me.
Hitting Rock Bottom...
Years later, I found myself sick and tired of being sick and tired. Though I didn’t struggle with being overweight I did have other issues that went undetected because I was not overweight.
I felt exhausted, sick, and moody all the time. I didn’t have the energy I needed to keep up with my children, my body hurt, my digestion was a mess, and I lived with a never-ending headache.
It was when I realized that all the symptoms I faced every day were keeping me from being the person I dreamed of being!

The transformation
Real Healthy Clean Food
Finally, I started bridging the gap by taking a much closer look at what I was actually eating. All it took was a little poking around in the subject of nutrition, instead of relying on random blogs and articles to tell me what I was missing. It completely changed the way I looked at food; for most people, food was simply food, a calorie was a calorie.
Calories are made up of carbohydrates, proteins, fats, sugar, and so on. I found that a higher intake of whole foods meant I was getting more of the needed nutrients to fuel my body without taking a ton of supplements and would curb my hunger more effectively than a sports bar, which happens to be high in sugar and fat.
Once I made this realization, eating clean became something I desired. I was just eating real, healthy, clean food.
In a short period of time, I went from feeling like I’d never get my health back on track, to a body that had never been in better shape.
As I get older, I have noticed an even greater realization of how food has helped balance my hormones. Thankfully I was already eating clean, which made transitioning to eating for my hormones easier. With a clean eating diet, tracking my micronutrients, and learning to be mindful of how I feel with certain foods, I have combated hot flashes and a majority of hormone issues we face as women.

I struggled with these issues for years, and the entire time I felt so alone. It was like no one really understood me, and I just wanted a little encouragement, some support. That’s the person that I want to be for you.
By becoming a Certified Health Coach I learned about clean eating and how it can help anyone achieve a life of happiness, high energy levels, and the opportunity to enjoy many, many more years. As a Certified Health Coach, I have an immense drive and a wealth of knowledge to share with you to help you achieve your health goals!
In addition to bringing you comprehensive nutritional information and resources based on science and medically proven research, I also have the personal experience to guide you and support you as you work to reach your health goals and reclaim your life!
